The New England Patriots are in the playoffs once again in 2016. What are five reasons why they will win the Super Bowl this season?
It has been another incredible season for the New England Patriots in 2016. Despite a four-game suspension for Tom Brady, the Patriots have been able to finish the regular season with a 14-2 record. The record was also good enough to secure them home-field advantage in the AFC Playoffs.
After losing to the Denver Broncos on the road last season, the Patriots made it a goal to make sure the playoffs ran through New England. Even though the Patriots lost their only two games at home this season, having home-field is a huge advantage in the playoffs.
In addition to the home-field advantage, the Patriots have improved in many areas. On the defensive side of the ball, this is one of the best defensive units that we have seen in New England in recent years. This season, the Patriots have been excellent at stopping the run, and their passing defense has also done very well.
On offense, we all know the greatness of Brady, but he has been helped by a rejuvenated rushing attack and an improved offensive line. With a weak AFC standing in their way for a trip to the Super Bowl, here are five reasons why the Patriots will win the Super Bowl this season.
