Cornerbacks (5): V’Angelo Bentley, Darryl Roberts, E.J. Biggers, Cre’von LeBlanc, Jonathan Jones

Cut: Malcolm Butler, Logan Ryan, Cyrus Jones, Justin Coleman

The Patriots could make themselves the easiest team to pass against in 2016 by ridding themsleves of starters Butler and Ryan as well as 2016 second rounder Jones and surprise 2015 standout Coleman. That would pave the way for a trio of undrafted rookie corners, Bentley, LeBlanc and Jones, to occupy the depth chart along with so-so veteran Biggers and Roberts, who has been up and down this preseason.
