Kicker: Stephen Gostkowski

Punter: Ryan Allen

Long snapper: Joe Cardona

Specialists: Matthew Slater, Brandon King

No changes or surprises here. Despite choosing the absolute worst time to miss his first extra point in a coon’s age when he pushed it wide right in the AFC Championship Game, Gostkowski is still a top-three kicker in the league. While not as elite of a punter as Gostkowski is a kicker, the fact remains that Allen is an above-average punter. He holds the Super Bowl record for longest punt, after all.

Will the Pats carry 6 running backs?

Slater is still the best in the AFC at what he does, chasing down punt returners like a madman. King is under the direction and leadership of Slater for 2016 and ensuing seasons, but he is a top-notch special teams ace in his own right. The Patriots are fortunate to have a pair of such dedicated and willing special teamers in Slater and King.
