5. E.J. Biggers vs. Justin Coleman vs. Darryl Roberts

Returning starters Malcolm Butler and Logan Ryan and 2016 second round pick Cyrus Jones occupy the top three spots on the cornerback depth chart. That will not change, barring some type of unforeseen catastrophe. There are essentially two spots left at cornerback after these guys, and Biggers, Coleman and Roberts lead the way over undrafted rookies Jonathan Jones, V’Angelo Bently and Cre’von Leblanc.

Biggers has something Coleman and Roberts do not: multiple years of starting experience. Biggers and Coleman have something Roberts does not: playing experience, period. However, don’t discount Roberts just yet, as he was one of the major stories out of training camp last year before breaking his wrist a preseason game. Biggers is the tallest out of this group, and he was quite the force for Philly in the slot last year. Coleman was a pleasant surprise as a slot corner himself in 2015 despite being an undrafted rookie.
