16. Chris Hogan – You may have heard that Hogan played lacrosse in college and that’s how Bill Belichick first encountered him, when his son played against Hogan in Rutgers-Penn State contests. But did you know that Hogan was extremely dominant for Penn State having led them with 29 goals in his final season? Hogan also led the squad with 10 penalties, too, for what that’s worth.

15. Vincent Valentine – Speaking of lacrosse, Valentine is warming up to the sport…

14. Jacoby Brissett – As a high school senior, Brissett boasted a 32:1 touchdown to interception ratio. If that’s not some efficient passing, I don’t know what is. Hopefully, some of that turnover-limiting skill translates into the pros for the rookie quarterback.
