This is what you like to see, the Patriots’ top selection in the 2016 NFL Draft making what has been the lone interception thus far of Patriots OTAs. A former wide receiver (he even played wideout during his freshman year at Alabama), Jones has no trouble reeling in passes and could become a ball hawk in New England (they need one).

Out of that group, Jones stands the best chances of fielding punts in an actual game setting. He was so good at returning punts in college, as evidenced by four return touchdowns as a senior, that you have to think the Patriots are keen on Jones progressively taking over punt return duties.
