No. 13 – Miami Dolphins

If he’s still available, Hargreaves will hear his name called by the Dolphins at No 13 according to Dolphins reporter James Walker.

"Cornerback is the Dolphins’ biggest need. They have two holes at both starter and nickel. Hargreaves is perhaps the best cover corner in the draft and has good ball skills. Aside from size, Hargreaves should fit in well with first-year defensive coordinator Vance Joseph’s scheme."

Meanwhile, our pal Brian Miller over at Phin Phanatic thinks the Dolphins could get aggressive on the trade front. Miller ponders whether the Dolphins may be inclined to trade up to get their original No. 8 spot from before their trade with the Eagles this offseason. Once there, it’s likely the Dolphins would select Elliot.

2016 NFL Draft: 4 under-the-radar prospects Pats may pick

Of course, Patriots fans should keep tabs on the Dolphins because they are a divisional rival. Remember, the Pats play the Dolphins early in the year; Week 2 will be Jimmy Garoppolo’s first home start. And then the Patriots go down south in Week 17 to try snapping a two-year losing streak in Miami (they lost 33-20 in Week 1 of 2014 and 20-10 in Week 17 last season).

The Dolphins are a good first round decision away from turning it around under new coach Adam Gase.
