
5. Nate Washington
At this point, it looks like Washington is firmly on the roster bubble as he embarks on his 13th NFL season. Even if Danny Amendola departs this offseason, the Patriots will likely draft a wideout, and Washington will have to drink from the fountain of youth to make the final roster.

That being said, this writer is certainly rooting for Washington. A respected veteran throughout the NFL, Washington deserves a chance to thrive with Tom Brady throwing passes to him.
Quick history note: In five career games against the Patriots over a career that dates back to 2005, Washington has lost four times. In that action, he’s only caught nine of 26 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown.
