2016 NFL Free Agency All-Star Team
Cornerbacks
- Josh Norman
- Sean Smith
- Prince Amukamara
- Casey Hayward
Perhaps the most loaded position in the 2016 NFL free agency class, the cornerback group is headed by fastly ascending star Norman. If you had to start a secondary from scratch, Norman would be the cornerback you’d want covering No. 1 wideouts.
Not far behind Norman is 6-foot-3 Smith, who played second fiddle to Defensive Rookie of the Year Marcus Peters in 2015. With Peters an established presence in Kansas City now, Smith may be interested in moving to a new city.
Amukamara is as injury-prone as they come, but he’s also immensely talented.
Hayward is an outstanding slot corner, a hair above the three slot corners listed in the honorable mention section below.
Honorable mention: Leon Hall, Jerraud Powers, Brandon Boykin
Next: Safeties
