1. Pats won’t allow touchdown in second half

The first half of this game will be neck-and-neck. The Denver ground game will throw Peyton Manning a rope early, and he will employ the services of Sanders throughout the first few quarters. Touchdowns will be traded, with Amendola and McCourty scoring for the Patriots and Sanders and Talib reaching pay dirt for the orange horses.

Patriots vs. Broncos: 3 Defensive keys

However, the second half will be a different story. The Patriots’ defense will bend but won’t break, forcing Brandon McManus to score the rest of Denver’s points. A second Amendola touchdown and a James White catch-and-run score will power the Patriots’ offense for the rest of the game.

On the other side of the ball, the pass rush will turn up the heat on Manning and Butler will get the last laugh in his matchup against Sanders by making the game-sealing interception.

Here’s your final score: Patriots 31, Broncos 20
