Had the Dolphins not burned through coaches at such a fast rate this season, that 6-10 record may have looked more like 8-8 or 9-7.</p> <p>Young talent is abundant on this roster, from undrafted rookie Neville Hewitt (who played lights-out yesterday) to Jay Ajayi in the backfield and DeVante Parker at wideout. 286 yards and a touchdown in the final three games. Without a doubt, he is a breakout candidate next year.</p> <p>In addition to consistency in the coaching staff, the Dolphins need to make good use of their No. 8 overall selection.
