Oakland Raiders. 8. player. 28.
By winning on Christmas Eve, the Raiders avoided double-digit losses in the win column for the first time in four years. Latavius Murray cruised past the 1,000-yard mark, giving the Raiders their first millennium rusher in a season since Darren McFadden pulled off the feat five years ago. Another young offensive weapon, Seth Roberts, made an incredible catch off a tip to keep a crucial drive alive.

Benson Mayowa made a nice fumble return before getting shoved out just before the goal line. Former Super Bowl MVP Malcolm Smith paced the Raiders with 11 tackles as well as a forced fumble of his own. Charles Woodson may be retiring, but he’s leaving this defense, and the team as a whole, in good shape.

An upset of the Chiefs in Week 17 would give the Raiders their third non-losing season since 2002.
.
