AFC Power Rankings Week 16: Chiefs rise to No. 2

<p>A promising season has turned into one of frustration in Buffalo. Allowing 341 yards and four touchdowns to Kirk Cousins was not what Rex Ryan had in mind when he glanced at the Redskins game after the 2015 regular season schedules were released.</p> <p>Colton Schmidt’s head-scratching muffed punt added on to the grocery list of struggles for the Bills in this game. At least Sammy Watkins made good on the day, snagging five balls for 111 yards and two scores.</p> <p>Home games against the Cowboys and Jets are all that separate the Bills from an offseason of stock-taking and reconsidering across the board.
