NFL Week 15 Picks: Steelers Help Out Patriots

facebooktwitterreddit

Here are my week 15 NFL picks:

Jets 20 Cowboys 17

It pains me to do this, but I just don’t see how this Cowboys offense is going to score against the Jets.

Patriots 37 Titans 13

Honestly, even if Tom Brady didn’t play, Jimmy Garoppolo could probably beat the Titans (Brady is playing, don’t worry).

Vikings 23 Bears 14

Minnesota isn’t a legit Super Bowl contending team yet, but they are getting there.

Jaguars 27 Falcons 24

After a red-hot start, the Falcons have turned into one of the worst teams in football. Losing to the Jags won’t help their self esteem.

Colts 21 Texans 20

This is a battle for first place between two sub .500 teams. Screw you, NFL.

Panthers 26 Giants 24

I have a feeling Eli Manning and Odell Beckham will be ready for this challenge, but the Panthers as a team will be too much. 16-0 is becoming more and more likely.

Redskins 17 Bills 16

Washington is much better at home than they are on the road, and they will benefit from a few huge mistakes late in this game that is characteristic of a Rex Ryan football team.

Chiefs 23 Ravens 10

Hottest team in football keeps it rolling.

Seahawks 26 Browns 12

Second hottest team in football keeps it rolling as well.

Packers 31 Raiders 28

I think this will be an old fashioned shootout between two very good gunslingers. I’m giving the edge to Aaron Rodgers and company simply because of experience. Derek Carr will make one mistake Rodgers doesn’t.

Steelers 27 Broncos 17

Pittsburgh has the most explosive offense in football right now, and even though Denver’s defense is great, they won’t be able to slow Big Ben down enough for Brock Osweiler to outscore him. Pats clinch a bye thanks to this game (assuming Pats beat the Titans).

Dolphins 22 Chargers 20

Bleh.

Bengals 34 Niners 20

It would be nice to think the Niners give the Patriots an extra Christmas present this week, but even with Andy Dalton out, it’s not happening.

Cardinals 31 Eagles 20

The Eagles have a very good chance of winning the NFC East this year, but Arizona is just too good.

Saints 28 Lions 26

Drew Brees on a late game winning drive. I like it.
