The defense returned to its old ways, suffocating the Chargers. Von Miller contributed two of the unit’s four sacks, and there were also four forced fumbles as well as a Danny Trevathan pick-six.</p> <p>The Broncos host the grounded Raiders next week before a huge two-game stretch, away in Pittsburgh and back at home against the Bengals in front of a national television audience. Another encounter with the Chargers in Week 17 could be a play-in game for the top seed depending on how Cincy and New England are faring at that point.</p> <p>It will take a loss for the Broncos to surrender their seat at the top of these AFC power rankings as a result of them beating the Pats in Week 12.</p>.
