28. <p>The Raiders reach the top five of these AFC power rankings because they beat the Jets last week and came within a pencil’s length of prevailing over the Pittsburgh Steelers in a shootout on Sunday. If David Amerson didn’t take the worst angle in the world on that late Antonio Brown catch-and-run, the Raiders would have most likely gotten the ball back. That being said, allowing 597 yards and losing three fumbles in one game is pretty hard to shake off.</p> <p>Derek Carr starred once again, racking-up 301 yards and four touchdowns.
