AFC South. 3-4. Indianapolis Colts. 9. player. 46.
Falling victim to the Saints’ special teams trickery one week after trying some of their own quite unsuccessfully against the Patriots, the Colts look like anything but division leaders right now. The special teams meetings Chuck Pagano is having this week are going to be tense affairs. Yet the weak AFC South allows for a weak leader right now, so the Colts squeak into a single-digit ranking.

The Colts’ front let Khiry Robinson, Mark Ingram and C.J. Spiller run over them for 177 yards. Things won’t get any easier next week against a Panthers’ ground game that ranks third in the league with 132.8 yards per game. Awaiting Andrew Luck the following week is the ferocious Denver defense, so get used to the thought of the Colts limping at 3-6 along with the Jaguars and the other AFC South underachievers in mid-November.
