Oakland Raiders. 8. player. 28. <p>During their week off the Raiders saw the Broncos widen the gap in the AFC West while the Chiefs and Chargers took punches and each dropped a rung in the division. It’s hard to see the Raiders chasing the Broncos down for the divisional lead any time soon, but focusing on keeping distance between the Chiefs and Chargers will certainly help set the Raiders up for January.</p> <p>If the season were to end in a few weeks, the Raiders would be targeting the Jets and Steelers as the teams they must vault past for a Wild Card spot. Well, they will get that opportunity. After travelling to San Diego this week, Derek Carr will lead his team into a battle with the Jets at home and then a trip to the Steel City. If the Raiders come away with two wins in that stretch, they will be sitting at .500 at the midway mark.</p>. AFC West
