New York Jets. 4. player. 30.
As if they needed more beef on the defensive line, the second-best defense in the NFL (after the holder of the No. 2 ranking that you will read about soon) is getting Sheldon Richardson back from suspension this week. It would be surprising to see the Redskins muster any kind of significant rushing yardage when they travel up to East Rutherford in Week 6.

During their bye week, the Jets saw the Bills climb to 3-2. As long as they handle the Redskins this coming Sunday, the Jets will enter their Week 7 showdown with the Patriots with a nifty 4-1 record. The longer the Jets can keep the Bills in their rear-view, the more it bodes for them in these AFC power rankings.
. AFC East. 3-1
