If Ryan Mallett is going to be the guy, he’s got to complete more passes. He didn’t even reach the 50 percent mark against the Panthers. At least Garrett Graham was able to throw him a bone by making that outstanding toe-tapping catch in the back of the end zone.

Next up are the upstart Bucs, fresh off a Week 2 upset of the Saints. It won’t be a walk in the park for Bill O’Brien’s squad by any means.
