3. Chandler Jones

What a game it was for Jones yesterday. The three sacks he recorded was the best single-game total of his blossoming career, and his six total tackles helped to round-out the team’s effort on defense.

From here on out, you should expect nothing less from Jones. For three years now he has been tracking upward, gearing-up for a huge season. As long as he stays off the sideline (which was an issue for him last year with that pesky hip), Jones should flirt with 15 sacks on the season.

Before the game, Jones displayed his understanding of the Patriot Way when speaking to the media:

"We have a group of guys here — not to compare anyone — we do have a group of guys here that are buying in 110 percent to what the coaches are coaching. I feel like Coach Belichick does a good job of recruiting guys that are intellectual and have a lot of football experience to add and they are able to adjust."
