To make matters worse, the injury bug hit Oakland; most notably was Derek Carr’s hand injury from stiff arming Adam Jones. It was a good try, but he should probably let the running backs do the stiff arming from now on.</p> <p>Just because they are the Raiders and bad luck follows them everywhere, safeties Nate Allen and Charles Woodson suffered injuries in Week 1. The team responded by signing Taylor Mays on Monday night.</p>
