AFC East. Last week: 16. Buffalo Bills. 15. player. 16.
Rex Ryan sure is shaking things up in Buffalo. He sent all four quarterbacks out to the middle of the field before kick-off against the Steelers after naming all of them captains. Somewhat surprisingly, none of them looked bad during the game. In particular, E.J. Maneul stood out, tossing two touchdowns.

In addition to scoring 43 points, the Bills’ offense picked-up 27 first downs. With Ryan as the head coach, Bills fans won’t have to worry very much about the defense, and as long as the offense keeps up the good work, you could see the Bills reach the top ten of these NFL power rankings by October.
