AFC South. Last week: 28. Jacksonville Jaguars. 27. player. 52.
With a developing quarterback, you get good and bad in preseason.

The good: Blake Bortles held his own against the Giants, completing 21 of 35 passes for 194 yards and a touchdown. He also led the team with 68 yards rushing on five carries, including a nice 29-yard run.

The bad: Bortles didn’t throw a pick, but he fumbled the ball. Turnovers come in all shapes and sizes, but the end result is always the same. And always bad.

All in all, the Jags hop over the Bears because the offense as a whole looked better than the Giants’ unit did.

Next: 26. Oakland Raiders
