Since his 2012 campaign of 60 combined tackles and four interceptions, Cox has only played one season, a disappointing 2013 with the Chargers. He had short-lived stints in Minnesota and Baltimore last summer.</p> <p>Cox is ranked ahead of Jean and Green because he actually has a substantial amount of NFL experience under his belt. But the veteran has an uphill battle to make the roster, as the six players ahead of him offer better upside.</p> <p><span style=
