Week 15 vs. Titans
This is the type of game where I could see Bill Belichick pulling his starters halfway through the fourth quarter. Coming off a loss in Houston, the Patriots will be ready to go, and a mediocre team like the Titans won’t be able to do much to stop them. If Zach Mettenberger is in fact their starter at this time, he might turn the football over five times. The Patriots’ defense won’t be lockdown like it was last year, so they will go back to their bend but don’t break attitude, which always involves a ton of turnovers.
Mettenberger appeared in seven games last year, and in those seven games, he managed to throw seven picks and fumble the ball four times. With Chandler Jones, Rob Ninkovich, and Jabaal Sheard coming off the edge, and Dominique Easley and Jamie Collins coming up the middle, there will be more than a few floaters up for grabs on this Sunday, and you better believe the Pats are coming down with them.
Score: Pats 37-14
(12-2)
