Broncos 31 Dolphins 23

I really want to pick Miami, but at home, coming off an embarrassing loss, I don’t see Manning losing this one. The Dolphins have one of the best pass rushing units in the league, but their inability to connect on deep throws will hurt them. Peyton and the Broncos pull away late to stay ahead of the Chiefs in the AFC West.

49ers 31 Redskins 13.

Start. Colt. McCoy.

The Skins are in serious trouble with all of the issues they are currently having with Robert Griffin III, and there only way out of it is to bring McCoy back in. However it doesn’t look like they will do that this week, so the Niners abuse Washington tomorrow.

Cowboys 35 Giants 16

History says this game should be a good one, but 2014 says it will be a blowout. The Giants have the worst run defense in the league, while the Cowboys have the second best rushing offense among all 32 teams. Tony Romo will be effective as usual, but the offensive line and DeMarco Murray steal the show on Sunday night.

Bills 24 Jets 10

Buffalo’s defensive line will give Michael Vick fits all day long, and it will result in four turnovers, and two defensive touchdowns. New York’s defense will hang in there and give Vick countless opportunities to win the game, but the Bills’ defense is just too much for Rex Ryan and the Jets.

Saints 31 Ravens 27

New Orleans is in shambles, but so is Baltimore. The Ravens’ secondary is beat up, but the Saints are now without stud rookie wideout Brandin Cooks. Ultimately, I’m giving the Saints the victory because they are playing at home, and I’m taking Drew Brees over Joe Flacco in a game like this every day of the week.
