START:  Aaron Rodgers, QB – Green Bay Packers

Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

Rodgers is coming off a good outing against the Dolphins, and now he has the opportunity to light up a very weak Carolina secondary. I think the Packers’ signal caller will have a huge game on Sunday, not only throwing the ball, but also running in a few touchdowns as well.

SIT:  Chris Ivory, RB – New York Jets

I know it looks enticing to start Ivory in the rain against a Patriots front seven that is missing Jerod Mayo, but Bill Belichick always wants to take away your top weapon, and after a good performance last week against a solid Buffalo running game, I think the Pats will shut down Ivory. Look for Vince Wilfork and Casey Walker to control the line of scrimmage, and Jamie Collins and Dont’a Hightower to clean everything up.

SLEEPER:  Brandon Bolden, RB – New England Patriots

The Pats will want to run the ball early and often in the rain against that Jets’ defensive front, and with Stevan Ridley out, Bolden will get a lot of touches tonight, specifically in the red zone. I think Bolden will have a multi-touchdown game tonight, so start him in your fantasy leagues.
