This has been uttered a million times by New England Patriots fans across the country over the last 24 hours, but let’s all say it together one last time:
A win, is a win.
It doesn’t matter if the offense looked awful, or if it took a Vince Wilfork interception to win against the lowly Raiders, they came out with a win. Us Pats fans have been spoiled over the last 13 years, because we expect perfection week in, and week out. But in the NFL, it is hard to win games, and I think we should start appreciating each win as they come.
With that said, yesterday’s game was ugly. And the Pats have a long way to go if they want to get back to the AFC Championship game in January.
