This doesn’t necessarily have to do with the Dolphins, but it is always worth mentioning when the Patriots head down to Miami.

Being a cold weather team, the heat and humidity of Miami generally doesn’t agree with them. This is the one place where Brady isn’t always perfect, and the temperature definitely has something to do with it. But Bill Belichick is a smart coach. He may be the smartest of all-time. So he has been preparing for this game for quite some time. When the Pats went down to Virginia to practice with the Redskins, he had his team run sprints after a three-hour practice in the blazing heat. Throughout training camp in Foxboro (granted, it wasn’t as hot there), he ran his team through countless conditioning drills.

When the fourth quarter rolls around on Sunday, we should all be paying close attention to how the Patriots react from a physical standpoint. Will they stand strong, and push through? Or will their performance suffer a bit, due to lack of conditioning? Only time will tell.
