The New England Patriots played their final preseason game of the year last night, losing to the New York Giants by a score of 16-13.
This finally allows us to move on from the dog-days of training camp and the preseason, and begin the regular season. Based on what we have seen this summer, I think this Patriots team will be very good, which makes the upcoming season even more exciting. There is not a lot of things to take away from a game where most of the starters didn’t play, but a few interesting storylines did arise last night, and with roster cuts looming, they definitely will be worth keeping an eye on in regards to who makes the final roster.
