New England Patriots At Top Of NFL In Odds To Make Playoffs

Bovada has released odds for each team to make the playoffs this year, and unsurprisingly, the New England Patriots are at the top of the list. They are tied with Peyton Manning’s Broncos, and followed by the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks.
Year in, and year out the Pats are one of the best teams in the league, mainly because of the two guys leading the organization. As long as Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are in Foxboro, this team will be making the playoffs.
Of course, this year they have a lot of talent to go with Brady and Belichick, specifically on the defensive side of the ball. For the first time in quite a few years, the 2014 Patriots will have an elite defense. That should make Brady’s job a hell of a lot easier.
