3. Julian Edelman

Given that Edelman had a tremendous 2013 season, it’s hard to say that he will duplicate that in 2014. And while it is definitely fair to think that he won’t total over 100 receptions, and 1,000 yards this year, I think he will do it again, or at least come close. He got his money, and yes, sometimes that causes players to regress in their production, but I don’t think Edelman is that kind of guy. I think he will come out even better in this coming season, and continue where he left off last year. During Pats OTA’s this year, there have been no negative things to be heard about Edelman, and it was even reported that he was the only guy to beat Darrelle Revis last Thursday. He is so quick and reliable, I just don’t see any possibly scenario (other than injury), where he doesn’t turn in a great season.
