Top Five Quarterbacks Through Week 11

5. Tony Romo
The Cowboys were on a bye in week 11, which obviously doesn’t Romo a chance to improve his status concerning the top quarterbacks in 2013. The last time he was the field was two weeks ago in New Orleans, where the Cowboys were absolutely destroyed. I didn’t like how Romo played in that game, and given the fact that he was on a bye this week, I was waiting for someone to come in and take his spot on this list. Cam Newton has a good case for it, but he has an elite defense, which is the polar opposite of what Romo has (32nd against the pass, 29th against the run). There wasn’t anybody else that made a charge up the list, so for now, Romo keeps his top five ranking, based on a solid overall campaign.
