2. Drew Brees

Sure, Brees got a lot of help from the refs in the Saints most recent win, but once again, he played well enough to get his team the win, which is what matters in the NFL. Brees’ Saints are now 8-2, after they edged the 49ers by a score of 23-20. Throwing for over 300 yards, and completing close to 70% of your passes against the Niners is no easy feat, but Brees made it look easy (for the most part) on Sunday, and he appears to have New Orleans in prime position for another Super Bowl run.
