10. Miami Dolphins:

Miami grabs the final spot, after they beat the Indianapolis Colts 24-20, in Indianapolis. Ryan Tannehill continues to improve, and impress as he threw for 319 yards and a touchdown, and managed the game very well for his team. Lamar Miller showed up in this game against a much weaker rush defense of the Colts, going for 69 yards on 14 carries and a touchdown as well. Mike Wallace was left complaining after the Dolphins first game with only one target, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease, as he was given 11 targets, and blew up for nine catches and 115 yards with a touchdown, showing just how quick this offense can score. the defense managed to stifle Andrew Luck down the stretch, as he couldn’t muster up much at all in the second half. The Dolphins were pegged as one of the most improved teams in football after the stellar offseason they had, and they are really showing it through the first two games. Things will get much tougher next week as they face their first true test of the 2013 NFL season, in the Atlanta Falcons, and after that New Orleans and Baltimore. If the Dolphins are truly for real, these next few weeks will really show it. This young team has to be prepared for the upcoming test, and while I don’t think they win all three of these showings, a good showing should do wonders for confidence for the previously inept team of last year.
