NFL Week 15 Game Picks

facebooktwitterreddit

The Musket Fire staff are putting on our prognostication hats, staring into the Musket Fire crystal ball, and predicting the winners each week throughout the NFL season. Staff writer Ryan Hannable and I are making the game picks, so feel free to pick against us in the Comments section. Last week, I was 12-4 in my picks, pushing my record to 142-65 (69% accuracy) on the season, while Ryan was 11-5, pushing his record to 113-63 (64% accuracy) on the season. Ryan and I are starting the week 1-0 for picking the Falcons to beat the Jaguars Thursday.

Let’s get right to the picks from Ryan and I, including our pick for tonight’s Dallas-Tampa Bay game and Sunday’s Patriots-Broncos game.

Cincinnati Bengals at St. Louis Rams

Detroit Lions at Oakland Raiders

  • RH: Lions

Cleveland Browns at Arizona Cardinals

  • JP: Cardinals
  • RH: Cardinals

**New England Patriots at Denver Broncos**

  • JP: Patriots
  • RH: Patriots

New York Jets at Philadelphia Eagles

  • JP: see below
  • RH: Jets

Baltimore Ravens at San Diego Chargers

  • JP: Ravens
  • RH: Ravens

Pittsburgh Steelers at San Francisco 49ers

  • JP: 49ers
  • RH: 49ers

Upset Special

  • JP: Eagles over the Jets. Michael Vick is at home and the Philly defense is better than it looked against the Patriots. Sanchez isn’t good enough to take advantage of the Eagles like Brady did.
  • RH: Redskins over the Giants.  I don’t believe in the Giants even after their fourth quarter comeback last week and the Redskins showed they could be competitive last week against the Patriots. .

Put it in the bank

  • JP & RH: Packers over the Chiefs. This is the last real gimme game for the Packers, their last two with the Lions and Bears will be tough, especially with all the pressure. (RH)
