Tom Brady is officially listed as questionable for Sundays AFC Championship Game against Jacksonville.

Tom Brady did not practice on Thursday because of an injury to his right hand, but was present for team warmups. He was a officially listed as a limited participant in practice on Friday.

The quarterback supported a pair of red Under Armour gloves during both days of practices. Brady also wore them during his press conference on Friday.

The injury was apparently caused by a collusion with a running back in practice, but Brady refused to talk about the matter when he met with the media on Friday. Brady left his status up in the air for Sunday’s game, sampling stating “We’ll see” when asked if he’d suit up.

Later Friday afternoon, Michael Felger of 98.5 Sports Hub offered the first specific update on Brady’s hand injury.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport added on to the report, saying Brady’s thumb injury was “gushing blood when it happened.”

Rapoport also mentioned that Brady was “zinging it pretty good today” at practice, according to a source. Malcolm Butler also added that nobody intercepted Brady during today’s practice.

The most recent report on Brady’s injury sounds like good news for the Patriots as Sunday approaches. It sounds like the injury should not affect Brady’s ability to throw the ball against a top ranked Jaguars’ defense.

Brady was joined on the injury report by teammates LaAdrian Waddle, Mike Gillislee, Alan Branch and Rex Burkhead. All were listed with knee injuries and are questionable for Sunday.

The Patriots opened as nine point favorites against Jacksonville, but with the Brady’s hand injury, they are now just seven and a half point favorites.
