New England Patriots stay put in Week 2 NFL Power Rankings
By Nick Ziegler
It was a tough Week 2 for the Rams, as they suffered a loss at home in a close game to the Redskins. Jared Goff didn’t play as well as he did in Week 1, but he still looked better than last season. Todd Gurley ran the ball well, but it wasn’t enough to get the win.
The Redskins were able to pick up a nice win on the road in Week 2, as they defeated the Rams. Washington was able to run the ball very well in the game, as they totaled 229 yards on the ground. Kirk Cousins was efficient as a passer, and the Redskins got themselves a nice win.
Things are not looking good for the Giants to start the 2017 season. Even with the return of Odell Beckham Jr. on Monday Night Football, the offense continued to struggle. The Giants have a lot of problems along their offensive line and that has resulted in Eli Manning struggling and a non-existent running game. If the Giants don’t turn things around, they are going to have a hard time making the postseason again.
