Terrance Knighton – In a piece he penned for The Players’ Tribune, Knighton wrote about how he asked for pot roast on a flight back from a game in Seattle as a rookie; following Knighton’s request, Jaguars veteran linebacker Clint Ingram announced that from then on, Knighton would be called “Pot Roast”. The name stuck.
