The Eagles should get a bump on offense with Sam Bradford returning, but he still lacks targets in the passing game to attack New England’s improved secondary. Unless DeMarco Murray has an amazing mid-season transformation, the Patriots should be able to handle the Eagles running game with the return of Jamie Collins at linebacker.
Injuries have made the Patriots more vulnerable than they usually are at this point of the season, but Tom Brady continues to make the offense work without key targets. Getting Danny Amendola back should be enough to give the Eagles’ secondary fits. It is also a great week to get LeGarrette Blount back on track and re-introduce the play-action passing game and feature tight end Scott Chandler as a weapon up the seams downfield.

It should be another game where the Patriots take care of business early on both sides of the ball and win the game easily.
