We are only two days away from the opening game of the New England Patriots 2014 season, as they will head down to Florida this weekend to take on the Miami Dolphins.

I have already discussed the three offensive keys to this game for the Pats, and that piece can be read here.

The Patriots’ toughest test on Sunday will be containing the Miami defensive front on offense, but that doesn’t mean this will be a walk in the park for Bill Belichick’s defense. The Dolphins aren’t exactly the 2007 Patriots, but they have some solid talent, and with a new offensive coordinator, they may present New England with a few problems in week one.

Here are my three biggest defensive keys for the Pats this week. Enjoy!
