The Patriot Way-New England Patriots News From Around The Web

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘The Patriot Way’, your number one source to New England Patriots news and analysis from around the web.

The voting for the top play in New England Patriots history has come to a conclusion, and Adam Vinatieri’s “Snow Bowl” gaming winning field goal came out on top.

Mike Reiss talks about Tom Brady, and how his health is the key to the Patriots remaining contenders over the next couple of years. Reiss thinks Brady will be playing in Foxboro for at least the next three seasons, which automatically puts the Pats in a position to contend for the title.

Richard Hill of ‘Pats Pulpit’ thinks Logan Mankins is in fact the answer at left guard for the Patriots, and he thinks Mankins will bounce back in 2014, and put forth a solid campaign.

And finally, we go back to Mike Reiss, as he checks the locks at the safety position for New England. This is an interesting positional group for the Pats, as the two starting safeties are pretty much set in stone (Devin McCourty, and Duron Harmon), but the backup spots are open heading into training camp. I think rookie Jemea Thomas, and veteran Patrick Chung will come out on top in those battles, Thomas for his youth and potential, and Chung because he is familiar with the system.
