Welcome to The Patriot Way – New England Patriot News From Around the Web

– Tom Brady is hard at work with personal positional coaches, working on technique and mechanics to improve all aspects of his game.

– Devin McCourty spoke with reporters over the weekend and talked about how Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner are fitting into the secondary.  It’s not a stretch to say that this group has the potential to be one of the best the Patriots have had in the Bill Belichick era.

– Meanwhile, Revis doesn’t think he has anything to prove to anyone.  Revis’s talent and track record are undisputed, but his recovery from knee surgery has had many questioning if he is still a top flight corner.  I believe he is and I think the questioning of his ability will fuel his play this year.

– Even though mini camp is over and the players are on vacation until training camp starts, expect a few roster moves to take place between now and then.  I still expect a veteran tight end, possibly Dustin Keller, to be signed for camp, especially if Rob Gronkowski is not ready to go for camp or if he experiences any setbacks along the way.

– Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was briefly taken to the hospital over the weekend.
