Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘The Patriot Way’, your number one source to Pats news and analysis from around the web.
“We don’t like Tom at all. When I first came here, that was one of the first things I heard about: We hate the Patriots and we hate the Giants.”
Doug Farrar breaks down rookie Dominique Easley, and how he could help redefine how the Pats use their defensive fronts.
Over at ESPN Boston, Mike Reiss talks about Darrelle Revis, and how he relates to the best corners in the game. I personally feel like Revis is the best cover man in the league, even better than Richard Sherman out in Seattle. Sherman is definitely an elite corner, but in terms of man coverage, I would take Revis over him any day of the week.
And finally, here is a “wrap-up” of what has transpired thus far in Pats OTA’s. An interesting dynamic that has been unfolding along the offensive line, is the health situation. Nate Solder and Sebastian Vollmer, the Pats two starting tackles, have yet to participate in 11-on-11’s. It should be something to keep an eye on going forward.
