Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘The Patriot Way’, your number one source to Pats news and analysis from around the web.
Mike Reiss digs a little deeper into outside linebacker Darius Fleming. Fleming is considered a ‘tweener’, which sometimes can be good for teams in the NFL, especially when someone like Bill Belichick is the head coach.
Here is a 53 man roster projection from ‘Pats Pulpit’. Obviously we haven’t seen him them out on the field yet, but I find it surprising that tight end Justin Jones is off the list. He is a physical freak, and he had some solid tape at ECU.
A nice piece here on the prospect of going 19-0, and whether or not New England will ever have that opportunity again. This is a good read, but man is it painful. Memories of what could have been really hurt.
And finally, our own Matt Wincherauk breaks down the Pats current quarterback position. It may be an unpopular opinion, but I agree that Tom Brady struggles to throw the deep ball. He is still the best quarterback in the game in my mind, but he definitely struggles when going for the deep shot.
