Brothers Brock And Shane Vereen To Face Off In Week Eight

Coming into this draft, I was hoping that the Patriots might take a chance on safety Brock Vereen, who is the brother of current Pats running back Shane Vereen. The younger of the two, Brock, was recently selected by the Chicago Bears, as they traded up to the 131st overall pick to take the safety out of Minnesota.

Both of the brothers have talked about playing each other in the past, and they will get that chance in 2014. On week eight, October 26th, the Patriots will welcome Chicago into Gillette Stadium, where hopefully we will be fortunate enough to see these two meet on the field.
