Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘The Patriot Way’, your number one source to Pats news and analysis from around the web.
Yesterday, the 2014 NFL schedule was announced. Mike Reiss over at ESPN Boston gives his thoughts on the Pats schedule. Reiss notes that New England gets another bye week on week 10, which is a great spot to have a week off. It virtually splits the season in half, giving the Pats equal time to build a solid regular season resume, while also resting up for the playoffs.
Erik Frenz gives us five takeaways from New England’s schedule.
For some non-schedule news, check out James Christensen’s piece on five bold predictions for the Patriots come draft day.
And finally, we go back to Mike Reiss for his early predictions on the Patriots 2014 record. Reiss has the Pats finishing with an 11-5 record. I personally have them at 12-4, but at this point, there is no telling how well New England will do in 2014.
