Now that we know what the 2014 schedule looks like, I think it is time for some way too early season predictions for the Patriots.

Week 1- at Miami, 1 p.m.

Win (24-13)

The Pats won’t roll over Miami, as they are building a solid team down there, but the Dolphins don’t yet have the firepower to out-gun Tom Brady and company. The new and improved New England secondary will stifle Ryan Tannehill’s aerial attack, and the Pats will earn an opening victory.

…way too early to figure out opponents especially if key injuries expose weaknesses on offense and defense. I think the the Pats will finish with a 13-3 regular season with losses to Miami (first week, Pats seem to start off slow) and losses to Green Bay and the Colts. Picking wins and losses in April is fun and that’s about it…nothing more.
