According to Albert Breer of NFL.com, tight end Rob Gronkowski’s recovery from his ACL surgery is right where it should be.
As I said on TA, Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski visited Dr. James Andrews this week. He’s right where he should be. Will start jogging soon.

This is great news for Pats fans, as the return of a healthy Gronkowski would probably be the best offseason move the team can make. When on the field, Gronk instantly elevates Tom Brady‘s offense to new heights. He is an unstoppable force in the passing game, and a damn fine blocker too. When Gronk was out last year, the Pats offense really struggled. Brady didn’t have that one mismatch to go to in crunch time, which ended up costing New England big time.
Hopefully this knee rehab goes better than the rehab he underwent for his arm. Gronkowski probably missed way too much time than needed in that situation, which can be blamed on a combination of the surgery, rehab, and a lot of bad luck.
